Some WHOers in thinking we're a top 4 club and expecting us to win every game shocker!

Our 5 best players were all missing today.

If our 5 best players were missing last season we'd have lost 4-0 and never have been in it.

We lost a match. Big deal. I'm going down the pub.

Today was a reality check we still have a squad short of strength in depth when it comes to it. Though we have bought more quality this season, we still need more new faces out there and some of the old clinker out if we are to progress.
We need this player transition to carry on in the next two windows if funds allow.

We played reasonably well. We could have won or drawn but didn't.

It's football.

That's why we love it.

Go out and enjoy yourselves it's Saturday night.

Please explain to me in your fucked up way of seeing things how we could take credit for man utd or yids for that matter..both down to ten men for majority of the games, and we lost both. No honour or credit in that

Re: Everton v West Ham - Official Match Thread 2-1
We were always going to lose!

Everton away in Liverpool
Biased ref letting opposition kick us to shreds like always
Roberto Martinez & Wigan
Our FIVE best players out injured
Lukaku and Osman must salivate when they see this fixture up - they know they are going to score.

.. and yet despite all these omens, we were far better than them! As we have been - Man Utd, Liverpool, Spurs and Man City. This is going to be a good season.

The signs for the future are promising. Come The Olympic Stadium in 2 seasons - Everton's hoodoo will be over big time and the pay back brutal.

The only cunts are the ones trying to use this as an angle to poison the manager again .... what utter fuckwits you are!

First goal was OFFSIDE...obviously...

" Offside is Law 11 in association football. The law states that players in an offside position when the ball is touched or played by a teammate, may not become actively involved in the play. A player is in an offside position when he or she is in the opponents' half of the pitch and closer to the opponents' goal line than both the ball and the second-to-last opponent (usually the last defensive player in front of the goalkeeper). "Offside position" is a matter of fact, whereas an "offside offence" is purely subjective to the interpretation of the referee. If, in the opinion of the referee a player in an offside position interferes with play, or gains an advantage from being in an offside position, the referee stops play and awards an indirect free kick to the defending team...".

Hammer, I've already done that. It's not a hard question. What about the other question, maybe that's a bit easier .
